摘 要:因肺部组织含气的生理学特征,既往肺部被认为是超声检查的禁区。伴随着超声检测技术的进步,肺部超声检查已逐步被应用于多种肺部疾病的诊断、病情评估、动态监测等,尤其在重症医学常见肺部疾病(胸腔积液、肺实变、肺不张、气胸、肺栓塞、急性呼吸窘迫综合征)的诊断中具有独特优势。目前肺部超声的临床研究已不仅局限于对不同肺部疾病的图像描述,超声造影的使用可对实质性脏器的血供进行判断,进而可预测患者预后。Due to the air-containing physiological characteristics of lung tissues,the lungs were historically considered a"no-go zone"for ultrasound examination.With advancements in ultrasound technology,lung ultrasound has gradually been applied to the diagnosis,condition assessment,and dynamic monitoring of various pulmonary diseases.It is particularly ad-vantageous in diagnosing common critical care conditions such as pleural effusion,lung consolidation,atelectasis,pneumo-thorax,pulmonary embolism,and acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Currently,clinical research on lung ultra-sound has expanded beyond mere imaging descriptions of different pulmonary diseases.The use of contrast-enhanced ultra-sound allows for the evaluation of blood supply in solid organs,thereby enabling the prediction of patients'prognosis.
