摘　　要：目的目的探讨小剂量团注测试法对下肢肿瘤患者CT血管造影(CTA)检查图像质量的影响。方法方法选取50例行下肢动脉CTA检查的下肢肿瘤患者,根据对比剂注射方案的不同分为对照组(n=27)和观察组(n=23),对照组患者采用常规对比剂注射方案,观察组患者采用小剂量团注测试法。比较两组患者的图像质量、对比剂使用情况、不同横断面扫描CT值及不良反应发生情况。结果结果观察组患者的图像合格率、图像优良率分别为95.65%、91.30%,均高于对照组患者的66.67%、48.15%,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者的对比剂注射量、碘摄入量均少于对照组,髂总动脉、股动脉、胫前动脉、足背动脉扫描的CT值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论结论采用小剂量团注测试法对下肢肿瘤患者进行下肢动脉CTA检查,能获得更高质量的图像,减少对比剂注射量、碘摄入量,且不会增加不良反应。Objective To explore the influence of low-dose bolus injection test on the image quality of CT angiogra-phy(CTA)in patients with lower extremity tumors.Method Fifty patients with lower extremity tumors who underwent lower extremity arterial CTA were selected and divided into the control group(n=27)and the observation group(n=23)according to different contrast agent injection schemes.The control group patients were given the conventional contrast agent injection scheme,while the observation group patients were given the low-dose bolus injection test.The image qual-ity,contrast agent usage,CT values at different cross-sections,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared be-tween the two groups.Result The image qualification rate and image excellence rate of the observation group were 95.65%and 91.30%,respectively,which were higher than 66.67%and 48.15%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The contrast agent injection volume and iodine intake of the observation group were less than those of the control group,and the CT values of the common iliac artery,femoral artery,anterior tibial ar-tery,and dorsal foot artery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reac-tions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of low-dose bolus injection test for lower extremity arterial CTA in patients with lower extremity tumors can obtain higher quality images,reduce the contrast agent injection volume and iodine intake,and does not increase adverse reactions.
