摘　　要：目的目的探讨前馈控制联合反馈式健康教育对乳腺癌(BC)放疗患者心理弹性及创伤后成长水平的影响。方法方法根据干预方式的不同将120例BC放疗患者分为对照组(n=59,常规干预)和观察组(n=61,前馈控制联合反馈式健康教育)。比较两组患者的心理弹性[Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、创伤后成长水平[创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI)]、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果结果干预4周后,两组患者CD-RISC各维度评分及PTGI评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者CD-RISC各维度评分及PTGI评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论结论前馈控制联合反馈式健康教育可改善BC放疗患者的心理弹性,提高创伤后成长水平和满意度,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of feedforward control combined with feedback health education on psychological resilience and posttraumatic growth level in patients with breast cancer undergoing radiotherapy.Method According to different intervention methods,120 BC patients who underwent radiotherapy were divided into control group(n=59,conventional intervention)and observation group(n=61,feedforward control combined with feedback health education).The psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],posttraumatic growth level[posttraumatic growth inventory(PTGI)],complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After 4 weeks of intervention,the dimensional scores of CD-RISC and the scores of PTGI in both groups were higher than those before intervention,the dimensional scores of CD-RISC and the score of PTGI in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of com-plications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Feedforward control combined with feedback health education can improve the psychological resilience of BC patients undergoing radiotherapy,improve post-traumatic growth level and satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
