摘　　要：目的目的探讨思维导图引导的康复干预在肝癌介入手术患者中的应用效果。方法方法根据干预方式的不同将101例肝癌介入手术患者分为对照组(n=50,采取常规干预)和观察组(n=51,在对照组的基础上采取思维导图引导的康复干预)。比较两组患者的术后恢复指标、生活质量[肝癌患者生命质量测定量表(QOL-LC)]、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果结果观察组患者首次排气时间、首次进食时间、首次下床活动时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。干预后,两组患者QOL-LC评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者QOL-LC评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论结论思维导图引导的康复干预可提高肝癌介入手术患者的生活质量和满意度,促进患者快速康复,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping-guided rehabilitation intervention in pa-tients with liver cancer undergoing interventional surgery.Method According to the different intervention methods,101 patients with liver cancer who underwent interventional surgery were divided into control group(n=50,conventional in-tervention)and observation group(n=51,mind mapping-guided rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group).The postoperative recovery indexes,quality of life[quality of life-liver cancer(QOL-LC)],complications and sat-isfaction were compared between the two groups.Result The first exhaust time,first feeding time,first getting out of bed time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention,the QOL-LC scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the QOL-LC score in observation group was higher than that in control group,the differenc-es were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping-guided rehabilitation intervention can reduce complications,promote rehabili-tation,improve quality of life and satisfaction in patients with liver cancer undergoing interventional surgery.
