摘　　要：目的目的探讨多学科协作(MDT)干预对维持性血液透析(MHD)合并恶性肿瘤患者营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法方法根据干预方式的不同将63例MHD合并恶性肿瘤患者分为对照组(n=31,常规干预)和观察组(n=32,在对照组的基础上采取MDT干预)。比较两组患者的营养状况[前白蛋白(PA)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)及氮平衡(NB)]、生活质量[肾脏疾病生活质量简表(KDQOL-SFTM)]、透析并发症发生情况及满意度。结果干预后,两组患者PA、Hb、ALB、NB水平及KDQOL-SFTM评分均升高,观察组患者PA、Hb、ALB、NB水平及KDQOL-SFTM评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者透析并发症总发生率低于对照组,总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论结论MDT干预可改善MHD合并恶性肿瘤患者的营养状况,提高生活质量及满意度,减少透析并发症。Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team(MDT)intervention on nutritional status and quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients with malignant tumors.Method According to different inter-vention methods,63 MHD patients with malignant tumors were divided into control group(n=31,received conventional intervention)and observation group(n=32,received MDT intervention on the basis of the control group).The nutritional status[prealbumin(PA),hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB)and nitrogen balance(NB)],quality of life[kidney disease quality of life short form(KDQOL-SFTM)],incidence of dialysis complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,the levels of PA,Hb,ALB,NB and the scores of KDQOL-SFTM in both groups were increased,the levels of PA,Hb,ALB,NB and the score of KDQOL-SFTM in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of dialysis compli-cations in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT intervention can improve the nu-tritional status of MHD patients with malignant tumors,improve the quality of life and satisfaction,and reduce dialysis complications.
