摘  要:良好的接诊能力是临床医生需要具备的重要能力之一。为了让学生更好地完成接诊教学任务,引入线上标准化病人(SP)进行学生接诊能力培训,同时采用形成性评价进行教学效果评估。线上SP结合形成性评价的教学模式节省了教育资源,提高了医学生的实践能力、语言沟通能力、沟通自信心,继而提升了医学生的接诊能力,有利于高质量地完成教学计划。Good reception ability is one of the important abilities that clinicians need to have.In order to enable students to better complete tasks,online standardized patients(SP)were introduced to train students’reception ability,and formative evaluation methods were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness.Application of“online SP+formative evaluation”has saved educational resources,improved the practical ability,language communication ability,and communication confidence of medical students,improved their reception ability,and completed the teaching plan with high quality.
