摘 要:目的探讨微课联合赋能教学模式应用于老年科中医技术带教的效果。方法以2020年10月—2021年7月老年科35名护理实习生为对照组,在常规临床护理教学的基础上实施微课堂教学;以2021年10月—2022年7月老年科35名护理实习生为研究组,在对照组基础上给予赋能教学。比较两组护理实习生教学前后的相关评分。结果教学前,两组老年科护理实习生教学考核评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,两组中医理论考核评分、实践操作考核评分均显著高于教学前,且研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的个人能力评分以及教学质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微课联合赋能教学模式对于提高教学质量具有显著的效果,对提升老年科护理实习生的教学考核评分和个人综合能力均有积极影响。Objective To explore the effect of micro-class teaching combined with empowerment teaching mode applied to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)technology teaching in geriatrics.Methods From October 2020 to July 2021,35 nursing interns in geriatric department were selected as control group,and micro-classroom teaching was implemented on the basis of routine training.A total of 35 geriatric nursing interns from October 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research group,and empowerment teaching was given on the basis of the control group.The relevant scores of the geriatric nursing interns before and after teaching were compared between the two groups.Results Before teaching,there was no statistical significance in teaching assessment score between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the TCM theory assessment score and practical operation assessment score of the two groups were significantly higher than before teaching,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of individual ability and teaching quality of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The microclass teaching combined with empowerment teaching mode has a significant effect on improving the teaching quality,and has a positive effect on improving the teaching assessment quality and individual comprehensive ability of geriatric nursing interns.
