摘  要:国家卫生与计划生育委员会推出“5+3”医学毕业生培养模式已近10年,随着住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)政策的全面落实和不断推进,培训制度逐步成熟,并取得一定成效。但中医住培起步较晚,尤其对传统针灸培养重视不足,造成部分结业学生对传统古典针灸的认识仍有欠缺。在针灸科规范化培训过程中,强化针灸古籍的理论指导、加强传统针灸的临床实践、增强现代化针灸的科研意识,有利于传统古典针灸的传承教育,促进中医针灸现代化的全面发展,培养高质量的中医针灸人才。The“5+3”medical graduate training mode has been launched by the National Health and Family Planning Commission for nearly ten years.With the comprehensive implementation and continuous promotion of training policies,the training system has gradually matured and improved,and achieved certain results.However,the standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine started late.In addition,the lack of emphasis on the training of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion,which had led to the lack of understanding of traditional classical acupuncture and moxibustion among some,graduated students.To cultivate high-quality talents,the authors may firstly strengthen the theoretical guidance of ancient books,secondly improve the clinical practice,and thirdly enhance the scientific research consciousness of modern acupuncture and moxibustion.All the above can be beneficial to the inheritance and education of traditional classical acupuncture and moxibustion,and make a progress in the comprehensive development of modern acupuncture.
