摘　　要：“不得眠”是临床常见疾病,严重影响患者的身心健康及工作、学习和生活。文章通过对张仲景《伤寒杂病论》中“不得眠”病机及治法的分析,探究张仲景治疗此病的辨证思路及用药特点,即总体遵循“知犯何逆,随证治之”的原则。张仲景治疗不得眠重视人体阴阳的平衡,以“调和阴阳”为主、祛邪为辅,提出了和胃气、回阳救逆、滋阴清火、交通心肾、清宣郁热、荡涤痰浊等治法。其“治病求本”的学术思想贯穿疾病的始终。临证充分体现了《伤寒杂病论》治疗“不得眠”集理、法、方、药于一体和辨证诊疗的思路与方法。The“insomnia”is a common clinical disease,which seriously affects patients’physical and mental health and work,study and life.By analyzing the pathogenesis and treatment of“insomnia”in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases of Zhang Zhongjing,this paper explores Zhang Zhongjing’s syndrome differentiation and medication characteristics in the treatment of“insomnia”.Zhang Zhongjing’s clinical treatment of“insomnia”pays attention to the balance of yin and yang of the human body,mainly to“harmonizing yin and yang”,and to remove evil as a supplement.The methods of regulating stomach qi,restoring yang,clearing fire,nourishing yin,communicating heart and kidney,clearing stagnation heat and removing phlegm turbidity were put forward.His academic thought of“treatment aiming at its root causes”runs through the whole disease.Clinical evidence fully embodies treatment of“insomnia”in the integration of principles,methods,prescriptions,medicine and syndrome differentiation diagnosis and treatment ideas and methods in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases.
