摘  要:目的分析BOPPPS教学法的实践作用。方法选择2024年3-6月本院2021级精神医学专业见习生共48名学生为研究对象,随机法将全体参与者分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各24名。对照组应用传统方法教学,实验组应用BOPPPS模式开展教学。教学结束后采用客观理论考试成绩及主观感受评价分析两组教学效果的差异。主观感受评价的内容包括学生对教学方式满意度的评价,分为非常满意、满意、一般、不满意四个方面;学生自我评价,包括提高临床思维、激发学习兴趣、增加了课堂互动、提高解决问题能力、增进对理论知识的理解。结果在见习生的成绩与满意度等方面,实验组都存在明显优势,组别间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在提高学生临床诊疗思维能力、激发学生学习能力、增加学生互动方面,实验组学生均高于对照组学生(P<0.05);在解决问题的能力、理论知识的理解方面,实验组与对照组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论BOPPPS教学法应用于《医生与病人》课程的教学中,可提高学生的自主学习能力,有利于提升教学质量,促进理论知识与实践的结合,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the practical effect of the BOPPPS teaching method.Methods A total of 48 students from Grade 2021 of psychiatry in our hospital who participated in the internship from March to June 2024 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The control group was taught using traditional methods,while the experimental group was taught using the BOPPPS model.After the teaching,the differences in teaching effects between the two groups were analyzed using objective theoretical examination scores and subjective feelings evaluation.The subjective feelings evaluation included students'satisfaction with the teaching method,which was divided into four aspects:very satisfied,satisfied,average,and dissatisfied;and students'self-evaluation,including improvement of clinical thinking,stimulation of learning interest,increase in classroom interaction,improvement of problem-solving ability,and enhancement of understanding of theoretical knowledge.Results In terms of the students'grades and satisfaction,the experimental group had significant advantages,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of improving students'clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking ability,stimulating students'learning ability,and increasing student interaction,the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of problem-solving ability and understanding of theoretical knowledge,there was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of the BOPPPS teaching method in the"Doctors and Patients"course can enhance students'autonomous learning ability,improve teaching quality,and promote the integration of theoretical knowledge and practice,making it worthy of promotion and application.
