摘 要:针对交通网络研究缺乏考虑跨国家或区域中多种交通运输方式协同的问题,基于GIS技术提出以大洲为对象的区域交通基础设施分布可视化方法、综合交通网络评价指标体系。从区域网络布局水平、网络强度水平、线路衔接水平3个角度提出9个评价指标,依托GIS技术处理海量的地理矢量数据,通过改变点障碍、线障碍、容差等约束条件解决大区域跨国别时出现区域政治、经济组织内外部通关效率与运输成本不同、以及部分国家边界不开放等问题,并构建基于熵权法和灰色模糊综合评价法的评价模型。以非洲作为实证分析对象,对区域和各国家的综合交通网络水平进行判别和评价,结果反映了非洲5个区域间、48个大陆国家间、6个岛屿国家间因经济发展水平、地形地貌、政治政策等因素而导致的综合交通网络水平层次差异,为区域跨国综合交通网络发展决策提供支撑。To address the lack of consideration for the coordination of multiple modes of transportation across countries or regions in transportation network research,a regional transportation infrastructure distribution visualization method and a comprehensive transportation network evaluation index system based on GIS technology are proposed for continents.Nine evaluation indexes are proposed from three perspectives:regional network layout level,network strength level,and line connection level.Relying on GIS technology to process massive geographic vector data,the study addresses issues such as varying customs clearance efficiency and transportation costs within and outside regional political and economic organizations,as well as closed borders of some countries,arise when large regions across national borders.The issues are solved by modifying constraint conditions such as point obstacles,line obstacles,and tolerance.Additionally,an evaluation model based on the entropy weight method and the gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is constructed.Using Africa as the object of empirical analysis,the comprehensive transportation network levels of regions and individual countries are assessed and evaluated.The results reflect the differences in the levels of comprehensive transportation networks among the 5 regions,48 continental countries,and 6 island countries in Africa,which are caused by factors such as economic development level,landforms and political policies,and provide support for the development of the regional cross-border comprehensive transportation network.
