摘　　要：习近平总书记关于党的建设的重要思想,紧紧围绕建设长期执政的马克思主义政党这一重大时代课题,以全面从严治党为主题主线,以“十三个坚持”为中心内容,从理论和实践上系统回答了推进新时代党的建设伟大工程的根本原则、总体布局、重点任务、主题主线和实践要求等问题,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的“党建篇”。这一重要思想丰富和发展了马克思主义建党学说,是对中国共产党管党治党历史经验的深刻总结,是对新时代全面从严治党实践的理论升华,对马克思主义政党理论具有原创性贡献。这一思想体现出理论体系的科学性、内容建构的系统性、价值立场的人民性、直面问题的实践性等鲜明特征。General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on Party building,Focusing on the major task of our times,building a Marxist party that has long been in power,with comprehensive and strict Party governance as the main theme and the"13 Adherence"as the central content,Systematically answered questions in theory and practice about the fundamental principles,overall layout,key tasks,main themes and practical requirements for advancing the great project of Party building in the new era.It is the"Party building chapter"of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.This important thought has enriched and developed the Marxist theory of Party building,is a profound summary of the CPC's historical experience in governing the Party,a theoretical distillation of the practice of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party in the new era,and has made original contributions to the Marxist theory of political parties.This thought embodies the scientific nature of the theoretical system,the systematic construction of the content,the people's character of the value standpoint,and the practicability of facing the problem.
