摘　　要：论文分析了纸质档案修复传承方式的局限性、现有技术手段的制约性及修复质量标准的差异性等问题,借鉴SECI模型剖析纸质档案修复情境下“社会化、外在化、整合化、内在化”等知识转化阶段的独特运作方式,构建了纸质档案修复隐性知识显性化机制。并在此基础上提出构建纸质档案修复知识共享平台和案例库,建立档案馆、高校、社会修复机构的协同合作和相关法规保障,实施多维度的修复隐性知识显性化过程监控等策略,以期推动纸质档案修复领域隐性知识的传承与行业进步。This paper analyzes the limitations of inheritance methods of paper archives restora⁃tion,the constraints of existing technical means and the differences of restoration quality stan⁃dards.Using the SECI model as reference to ana⁃lyze the unique operation mode of"socialization,externalization,integration,internalization"and other knowledge transformation stages in the context of paper archives restoration,the paper builds a mechanism for the explicity of invisible knowledge of paper archives restoration.On this basis,it is proposed to build a knowledge sharing platform and case database for paper archives restoration,establish cooperation mechanism among archives,universities and social institu⁃tions,strengthen relevant legal protection,and implement multidimensional monitoring of the explicity process of invisible knowledge,in order to promote the inheritance of invisible knowl⁃edge in the field of paper archives restoration as well as industry progress.
