基于“三品三精”理念的高职大数据与会计人才培养质量提升实践研究

摘　　要：基于数智时代会计职业岗位对高职会计教育的新要求,以高职大数据与会计专业为例,在贯彻落实“立德树人”根本任务、健全“德技并修”育人机制背景下,提出了“三品三精”的建设理念,形成讲诚信、守规矩、倡廉洁、善精通、显精明、育精英的“三品三精”人才培养模式,提出实施“五诚信”“五遵守”“两廉洁”活动,培育“三会品质”;用好第一、第二、第三课堂,实施培养“三精人才”的具体建设举措,以期培养德技并修的高职大数据与会计专业技术技能型人才。同时形成一套可复制、可借鉴的人才培养模式,为其他高职院校财务会计类专业人才培养提供有益的参考和借鉴。Based on the new requirements of accounting profession positions in the era of digital intelligence for higher vocational accounting education,taking the big data and accounting major of CQCFE as an example,in the context of implementing the fundamental task of“cultivating morality and talent”and improving the mechanism of“combining morality and technology”education,the construction concept of“three qualities and three talent”is proposed,forming a talent training model of“three qualities and three talent”that emphasizes honesty,compliance,proficiency,shrewdness,and elite cultivation.The implementation of“five integrity”,“five compliance”,and“two integrity”activities is proposed to cultivate“three qualities”;The specific construction measures of utilizing the first,second,and third classrooms to cultivate“three talent elites”are aimed at cultivating technical and skilled talents in the fields of big data and accounting in vocational colleges who combine morality and technology.At the same time,a replicable and referenceable talent training model should be established to provide useful reference and inspiration for the training of financial accounting professionals in other vocational colleges.
