基于CiteSpace的教师数字胜任力研究现状分析

摘　　要：聚焦教师数字胜任力,基于CNKI来源文献,运用CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件,对2019—2024年教师数字胜任力相关文献的发文量、关键词、作者及机构共现等进行可视化分析,探析该领域的研究现状、热点及趋势。研究发现:相关研究处于快速发展期,研究人员和机构较多但比较分散,还未形成核心的研究者或机构;研究内容集中在数字胜任力的内涵分析、框架构建、提升路径等方面;呈现出研究对象广泛、理论研究多元、关注实践应用、强调专业发展等特点。此外,当前研究还存在研究深度与广度失衡、实践转化效能有限、技术整合前瞻性不足等问题。未来本领域的研究可能会更加关注动态能力模型构建、跨文化与区域协同、技术赋能创新、政策与实践有效衔接等方向。Focusing on teachers’digital competence and based on the source literature from CNKI,it employs CiteSpace 6.3 R1 software to conduct a visual analysis of the publication quantity,key word co-occurrence,author co-occurrence and institution co-occurrence,etc.of the relevant literature on teachers’digital competence from 2019 to 2024,and explores the research status,hotspots,and trends in this field.The research reveals that the related studies are in a period of rapid development.There are numerous researchers and institutions,but they are relatively scattered,and no core researchers or institutions have emerged yet.The research contents mainly center on the connotation analysis,framework construction,and improvement paths of digital competence.It demonstrates the characteristics of a wide range of research objects,diverse theoretical research,attention to practical application,and emphasis on professional development.Additionally,the current research still has issues such as an imbalance between depth and breadth,limited efficiency in practical transformation,and insufficient forward-looking in technology integration.Future research in this domain may place greater emphasis on the construction of dynamic ability models,cross-cultural and regional collaboration,technology-enabled innovation,and effective connections between policies and practices.
