企业数字化转型最新研究进展——基于2020-2022年国际期刊论文的文献综述

摘　　要：为系统归纳新冠肺炎疫情以来企业数字化转型最新研究的总体特征与热点主题,以WOS数据库中194篇2020—2022年间企业数字化转型文献为样本,利用VOSviewer文献计量与可视化工具,识别出有影响力的期刊、作者、国家、研究机构和热门主题,并绘制了最新研究的知识结构图谱。研究表明,全球数字化转型最新研究主题包括“数字化转型与企业创新”“数字化转型与组织韧性”“数字化转型与企业能力”“数字化转型与可持续发展”“数字化转型与新型工作方式”以及“数字化转型与中小企业危机应对”,而且,这些主题之间存在密切的内在逻辑关系。最后,从企业数字化转型的前因、结果、过程和路径等四个方面展望未来研究方向。To systematically summarize the overall characteristics and hot topics of enterprise digital transformation research since the COVID-19 epidemic,194 articles on enterprise digital transformation from 2020 to 2022 in the WOS database were collected as samples.The VOSviewer bibliometric and visualization tool was utilized to identify the influential journals,authors,countries,research institutions and hot topics,and further draw knowledge structure maps for the latest research.The findings show that the latest global digital transformation research has focused on such hot topics as“digital transformation and firm innovation”,“digital transformation and organizational resilience”,“digital transformation and firm capabilities”,“digital transformation and sustainable development”,“digital transformation and new working styles”,and“digital transformation and crisis responsiveness for small and medium-sized enterprises”.Furthermore,there are close inherent logical relationships among these themes.Finally,future research directions are prospected focusing on the antecedents,outcomes,processes,and paths of enterprise digital transformation.
