浅谈《伤寒论》六经之火证

摘　　要：临床辨证多涉及“上火”之症,究其表现各不相同,因而治法治则大为迥异。历代医家对火证认识众说纷纭,更由此衍生诸多流派。纵观医史,笔者认为依《伤寒论》之六经辨证辨析“火证”最为妥当,其包揽了阴阳表里寒热虚实八纲辨证,应用了汗吐下和温清消补八法治则。Clinical diagnosis involves the symptoms of"fire"disease,but the manifestations are different,so the treatment principles are greatly different.Throughout history,medical practitioners have had different opinions on fire symptoms,and many schools of thought have emerged as a result.Reviewing medical history,I believe that analyzing"fire symptoms"using the Six Classifications of the《Treatise on Fe-brile Diseases》is the most appropriate,as it encompasses the eight divisions of Yin-Yang,Inside-Outside,Cold-Heat,Deficiency-Excess,and applies the eight principles of sweating,purging,inducing vomiting,warming,clearing,cooling,dispersing,and nourishing.
