摘　　要：云龙镇中心幼儿园以“竞渡”为核心的文化建设,依托地域龙舟竞渡的历史底蕴,打造健康优美、阳光童趣的物质文化,塑造严格规范、职责到位的制度文化,营造积极向上、团结奋进的精神文化。通过品牌树立、特色优势和文化凝聚,促进幼儿全面发展、教师团队活力四射、园所内涵显著提升,实现了“竞渡于心,动创于行”的文化追求。With“Dragon Boat Racing”as the core of its culture construction,Yunlong Town Central Kindergarten relies on the historical foundation of local dragon boat racing to create a healthy and aesthetically pleasing material culture,shape a strict and well-regulated institutional culture,foster a positive,upward-looking,united spirit culture.Through brand building,unique advantages and cultural cohesion,the kindergarten promotes the comprehensive development of children,vibrant faculty teams,a significant enhancement of the kindergarten’s connotation,achieving the cultural pursuit of“racing in heart and innovating in action”.
