幼儿特级教师的职业认同研究

摘  要:以32位幼儿特级教师为样本,对幼儿特级教师的职业认同、职业选择、认同关键期、认同原因进行调查研究,并在性格、年龄段等维度进行分析。研究结果显示:不同类型幼儿特级教师的职业认同指数均很高,对“我很喜欢教师职业,很喜欢当老师”高度认同,职业选择坚定明确,职业认同关键期按人数主要集中在从教后的6~10年和1~5年,喜欢教师职业的原因主要集中在“喜欢学生喜欢孩子”“自我价值能得到实现”“教师工作本身适合我”等方面。Taking 32 kindergarten special-grade teachers as samples,a survey was conducted on their professional identity,career choices,critical periods of identity,and reasons for identity,and an analysis was carried out from dimensions such as personality and age,etc.The research results show that the professional identity indices of different types of kindergarten special-grade teachers are very high.They highly agree with the statement“I love the teaching profession and love being a teacher”,their career choices are firm and clear,the critical periods of professional identity mainly concentrate on 6-10 years and 1-5 years after starting teaching,and the reasons for liking the teaching profession mainly focus on“liking students and children”,“being able to realize self-value”,and“the teaching job itself suits me”.
