摘  要:“小谷粒”评价立足学校“田园教育”的办学思想,以“激励”为底色,以培养“五向”田园好少年为评价目标,构建“小谷粒”六色评价版块,对学生“德智体美劳”五育进行立体画像,关注学生的过程性体验,是体现育人力、生长力的农村小学生综合素养评价体系。它结合各个学科特点与不同年级段学生身心特点,通过学生自评、家长评价、学校评价的三级评价维度和日常评价、周评价、月评价、学期评价多层级全过程评价方式,更好地关注学生在整个学习过程中在自我原有水平上的发展,促进学生全面而有个性地成长。“Little Grain”evaluation is based on the school’s education ideology of“garden education”with“incentive”as the background colour,cultivating“five-way”good teenagers as the evaluation target,and the“Little Grain”six-colour evaluation section has been constructed.The evaluation pays attention to students’procedural experience through the five-dimensional portrait of students’“morality,intelligence,physical fitness,art and labor”education to reflect the comprehensive quality evaluation system for rural primary school students with educational power and growth power.It combines the characteristics of each subject and physical and mental characteristics of students in different grades.Through the three-level evaluation dimensions of students’self-evaluation,parents’evaluation and school evaluation,as well as the multi-level and whole-process evaluation methods of daily evaluation,weekly evaluation,monthly evaluation and semester evaluation,it pays better attention to the development of students at their original level during the entire learning process and promotes the all-round and individualized growth of students.
