摘　　要：通过对黄文弼西北考古实践活动、著作、信件以及和美术界交往情况的分析研究,笔者认为有必要对既有资料进行重新审视,许多极为珍贵的美术资料尚未进入研究视野,需运用美术领域研究方法进行另一个角度的研究。易言之,黄文弼在西北考古活动中对古代美术研究可视为美术考古。因此,本文呼吁在黄文弼西北考古研究领域查缺补漏,将相关研究向前推进一步,还原和确立黄文弼在中国现代美术考古研究中的成就和地位。Through an analysis of Hu Wenbi’s archaeological practices,writings,correspondence,and interactions with the art world,it is argued that it is necessary to re-examine existing materials and that many extremely valuable artistic materials have yet to enter the scope of research.It is suggested that research in the field of art should be conducted from another angle using methods from the field of art studies.In other words,Hu Wenbi’s study of ancient art in his archaeological activities in the northwest can be regarded as art archaeology.Therefore,this paper calls for filling in the gaps and advancing related research in the field of Hu Wenbi’s northwest archaeological studies,thus restoring and establishing Hu Wenbi’s achievements and status in modern Chinese art archaeological research.
