摘 要:随着国有企业独立工矿区后勤改革的深入,传统食堂模式成本高、效率低、竞争力弱等缺点日益突出,未能实现市场、人力、资产等资源的配置优化,与企业高质量发展要求不相适应。本文通过研究国有企业独立工矿区后勤现状,分析中央厨房建设的必要性,同时针对存在的问题,提出系统化解决方案和改进措施,为进一步规范运营、科学管理、拓市创效提供借鉴参考。With the deepening of logistical reform in state-owned independent industrial and mining areas,the drawbacks of traditional cafeteria models—such as high costs,low efficiency,and weak competitiveness—have become increasingly prominent.These models have failed to achieve optimal allocation of market,human,and asset resources and are not aligned with the requirements of high-quality enterprise development.This paper examines the current state of logistics in state-owned independent industrial and mining areas,analyzes the necessity of central kitchen construction,and proposes systematic solutions and improvement measures to provide reference for standardized operations,scientific management,market expansion,and efficiency enhancement.
