摘　　要：本文研究的中国石化领导人员英语能力强化在线学习项目,涵盖2020—2023年四期学习班,针对241名学员的英语基础和个性化需求进行分析,采用“AI(人工智能)核心课程+辅助课程+学习支持”的模式,结合AI工具、一对一辅导、直播互动等多种教学手段。结果显示,大多数学员英语水平显著提升,评价项目的灵活性和实用性高。本文总结成功经验,提出未来优化建议,为类似教育项目提供参考。This study focuses on an online English proficiency enhancement program for SINOPEC leadership personnel,covering four sessions from 2020 to 2023 and analyzing the foundational levels and personalized needs of 241 participants.The program adopted a model of“AI-based core courses+supplementary courses+learning support”,integrating AI tools,one-on-one coaching,and interactive live sessions.Results indicate a significant improvement in most participants’English proficiency and high satisfaction with the program’s flexibility and practicality.This paper summarizes key success factors and offers suggestions for future optimization to serve as a reference for similar educational programs.
