数智赋能青少年体质健康协同治理:内涵、价值与路径

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探析数智赋能青少年体质健康协同治理的内涵及价值,并提出路径。数智赋能青少年体质健康协同治理包含治理主体、治理素养、治理体制、治理方式四个方面的要素。价值:推进协同化治理格局形成,利于精准化治理观念培育,助推多元化治理场域拓展,加速扁平化治理结构转型。路径:构筑数智生态,降低组织重塑成本;明确技术体系,提升主体协同能力;夯实数智基础,构建协同治理机制;推进监管转型,强化数智安全防控。By using the methods of literature review and logic analysis,this paper probed into the connotation,elements and value of the collaborative governance of youth physical health empowered by digital intelligence,and put forward the path.The collaborative governance of youth physical health empowered by digital intelligence includes four elements:governance subject,governance literacy,governance system,and governance methods.Value:It promotes the formation of a collaborative governance pattern,facilitates the cultivation of precise governance concepts,promotes the expansion of diversified governance fields,and accelerates the transformation of flat governance structures.Path:We should build a digital intelligence ecosystem to reduce the cost of organizational remodeling,clarify the technical system to enhance the collaborative ability of the main body,consolidate the foundation of digital intelligence to build a collaborative governance mechanism,and promote regulatory transformation to strengthen digital intelligence security prevention and control.
