摘 要:本研究中选用了酒糟(DG)作为填料,聚丙烯(PP)为基材,辅助添加了相容剂,通过对比研究了两种相容剂和填料对PP复合材料的性能影响。结果表明:少量的DG可以分散在聚丙烯酒糟复合材料中,加入少量马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯和马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物可以维持复合材料的力学性能,还可以改善复合材料的加工性能。In this study,distiller's lees(DG)were selected as filler,polypropylene(PP)as substrate,maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH)and maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-octene copolymer(POE-g-MAH)as compatibilizer,and melt blending method was adopted.Polypropylene(PP),maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH),maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-octene copolymer(POE-g-MAH)and wine lees were uniformly mixed with different mass ratios,and the effects of PP-g-MAH,POE-g-MAH and DG contents on the properties of PP composites were studied.The results show that:A small amount of DG can be dispersed in the polypropylene lees composite material,adding a small amount of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene and maleic anhydride grafted ethylene octene copolymer can maintain the mechanical properties of the composite material,but also improve the processing properties of the composite material,under the premise of ensuring the mechanical properties,the addition of DG can effectively reduce the cost of polypropylene lees composite material.For the future development of plastics industry to provide a certain reference.
