摘  要:基于自我决定理论,探讨在华留学生的学术自我管理、内部动机与学术适应之间的关系.结果表明:学术自我管理对学术适应和内部动机均有显著正向影响;内部动机对学术适应有显著正向影响;内部动机在学术自我管理与学术适应之间具有显著的中介作用.研究结果支持了自我决定理论在学术情境中的应用,并对在华留学生学术适应的影响因素进行了讨论.Based on the Self-Determination Theory,this study explores the relationships among academic self-management,intrinsic motivation,and academic adaptation among international students in China.The results indicate that academic self-management has a significant positive effect on both academic adaptation and intrinsic motivation;intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on academic adaptation;intrinsic motivation plays a significant mediating role between academic self-management and academic adaptation.The findings support the application of Self-Determination Theory in academic contexts and discusses the factors influencing the academic adaptation of international students in China.
