摘　　要：在新质生产力视域下,通过文献研究并结合工作实践,探讨编辑面临的角色转变、效率提升、内容质量优化、传播渠道拓展等方面的挑战,提出了提升编辑技术素养、创新编辑工作模式和构建学科服务路径与生态体系等策略,以期为高校学报编辑在新质生产力视域下的转型与发展提供参考.This paper,from the perspective of new quality productivity,discusses the challenges faced by editors in terms of role transformation,efficiency improvement,content quality optimization,and communication channel expansion through literature research and work practice,and puts forward strategies such as improving technical literacy,innovating work models,and constructing discipline service paths and ecosystems,in order to provide reference for the transformation and development of university journal editors from the perspective of new quality productivity.
