基于应用型人才培养的化学类专业创新创业教育模式的构建

摘　　要：在现有的化学类专业创新创业教育体系中,部分高校只注重化学专业知识和技能的培养,创新创业教育仅仅是上几门创新创业教育课程,经营管理类教育几乎未有涉及,使得学生经营管理知识教育缺失,导致一些大学生在创新创业过程中能力不足、勇气不佳、行动不力.在创新创业教育中,将学科知识和管理知识结合,将科学思维方法和管理理论结合,打造“专业+管理”创新创业教育新模式,以期通过教学新模式的实施,着力提升化学类专业学生创新创业能力及守业能力.In the current innovation and entrepreneurship education system for chemistry related majors,some universities only focus on the cultivation of professional knowledge and skills in chemistry,and innovation and entrepreneurship education includes merely a few courses on innovation and entrepreneurship,and business management education has hardly been involved.The lack of education on business management also leads to insufficient ability,courage and action of some college students in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship.Combining subject knowledge and management knowledge in the innovation and entrepreneurship education,and combining scientific thinking methods and management theories,we created a new model of“professional+management”innovation and entrepreneurship education with the aim of enhancing the innovation and entrepreneurship ability and sustainability of students of chemistry related majors through the implementation of the new teaching model.
