摘 要:对发动机绝热层打磨机器人实际切深进行分析,明确不同切削参数对实际切深的影响规律,进而提高固体发动机绝热层打磨的表面质量和均匀性。首先针对现有打磨装置的工作原理提出修正切深公式,建立三维铣削模型和靠模下压模型,分析了绝热层变形对切深影响的原理,并对实际最大切深进行预测,最后进行了绝热层打磨试验。结果表明:修正切深公式可以较为准确的计算出最大切深,验证了仿真模型的合理性;最大切削深度与切削下压力成正相关、与打磨角度成负相关;打磨切深随着绝热层厚度增大先降低后趋于稳定。The actual cutting depth of the engine insulation layer is analyzed,and the influence of different cutting parameters on the actual cutting depth cut is clarified,so as to improve the surface quality and uniformity of the insulation.Firstly,according to the working principle of the existing polishing device,a modified depth of cut formula was proposed,a three-dimensional milling model and a mold-down model were established,the principle of the influence of insulation deformation on depth of cut was analyzed,and the actual maximum depth of cut was predicted.Finally,the insulation grinding tests were carried out.The results show that the modified formula of cutting depth can calculate the maximum cutting depth more accurately,which verifies the rationality of the simulation model.The maximum cutting depth is positively correlated with the cutting downforce and negatively correlated with the polishing angle.The grinding and cutting depth decreases first and then stabilizes as the thickness of the insulation increases.
