摘  要:小水电站混凝土坝作为关键的水利工程设施,在运行过程中会受到水流、地震等自然力的影响,导致坝体产生微小的位移或变形。变形虽然微小,但如果不及时监测和处理,则会对坝体的整体稳定性造成严重影响。为及时、准确发现混凝土坝变形情况,提出一种北斗高精度技术下小水电站混凝土坝变形监测方法。基于北斗高精度技术在各滑坡体上安设北斗接收机和测量型天线,采集土坝数据。利用有监督判别投影实施数据降维,去除与变形监测无关的信息。引入秃鹰搜索算法和双向长短时记忆神经网络,获悉变形数据时序依赖关系,找到最佳学习率、隐藏层单元数等元素,输出监测结果,完成高质量小水电站混凝土坝变形监测。实验结果表明,所提方法能精确捕捉大坝变形细微变化,具有较强的稳定性。As a key hydraulic engineering facility,the concrete dam of small hydropower station is affected by natural forces such as water flow and earthquake during its operation,resulting in slight displacement or deformation of the dam.Although these deformations are small,if they are not monitored and treated in time,the overall stability of the dam will be seriously affected.In order to find out the deformation of concrete dam timely and accurately,a deformation monitoring method of concrete dam of small hydropower station based on Beidou high precision technology is proposed.Based on Beidou high-precision technology,Beidou receiver and measuring antenna are installed on each landslide to collect earth dam data.The supervised discriminant projection is used to reduce the dimension of data and remove the information unrelated to deformation monitoring.By introducing vulture search algorithm and bidirectional long-term and short-term memory neural network,the time series dependence of deformation data is obtained,the best learning rate,the number of hidden layer units and other elements are found,and the monitoring results are output to complete the deformation monitoring of concrete dams of small hydropower stations with high quality.The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately capture the subtle changes of dam deformation and has strong stability.
