摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定改性纤维中儿茶素类物质包括儿茶素、表儿茶素、表没食子儿茶素、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯、表儿茶素没食子酸酯的含量。用甲醇萃取改性纤维中的儿茶素类物质,提取液经有机膜过滤头过滤后,采用高效液相色谱仪进行检测。该方法线性关系良好,平均回收率为74.84%~101.12%,相对偏差小于4.00%,方法定量限分别为儿茶素1.00mg/kg、表儿茶素2.00mg/kg、表没食子儿茶素2.50mg/kg、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯1.00mg/kg、表儿茶素没食子酸酯0.50mg/kg。This paper adopted high peformance liquid chromatography to determine the content of catechins substances in modified fibers including catechin,epicatechin,epigallocatechin,epigallocatechin gallate and epicatechin gallate.The catechins substances in the modified fiber were extracted with methanol.The extract was filtered by the organic membrane filter head,and then tested by high performance liquid chromatograph.This method has a good linear relationship,with an average recovery rate of 74.84%~101.12%and a relative deviation of less than 4.00%.The method's quantitative limit is catechin 1.00 mg/kg,epicatechin 2.00 mg/kg,epigallocatechin 2.50 mg/kg,epi-gallocatechin gallate 1.00 mg/kg and epicatechin gallate 0.50 mg/kg.
