摘  要:肌醇磷酸(inositolphosphate,IP)广泛分布于生物体内,其中携带高能磷酸基团的焦磷酸肌醇作为关键分子参与多种与生理及病理相关的细胞生物学过程。六磷酸肌醇激酶(inositolhexaphosphatekinases,IP6Ks)通过催化合成多种焦磷酸肌醇调控细胞增殖、死亡、运输、迁移、代谢及免疫调节等过程,影响代谢性疾病、神经系统疾病、肿瘤等疾病发生、发展。对IP6Ks的生物学功能、机制及疾病相关作用进行研究,可以明确其在各类疾病中的关键调控节点,帮助研发IP6Ks抑制剂或激动剂类药物,为相关疾病的治疗提供新方案。Inositol phosphates(IPs)are widely distributed in living organisms.Among them,pyrophosphate-containing inositols,which carry high-energy phosphate groups,act as key molecules involved in various physiological and pathological cell biological processes.Inositol hexaphosphate kinases(IP6Ks)regulate cellular proliferation,death,transport,migration,metabolism,and immune modulation by catalyzing the synthesis of different pyrophosphate inositols,thereby influencing the onset and progression of metabolic diseases,neurological disorders,and tumors.Research into the biological functions,mechanisms,and disease-related roles of IP6Ks can help clarify their key regulatory roles in various diseases and assist in the development of IP6K inhibitors or agonists,offering novel therapeutic strategies for related conditions.
