摘  要:目的比较双层压膜托盘与3D打印托盘在托槽间接粘接转移的精确性。方法本研究选取15例错[牙合]畸形患者,共粘接311颗托槽,分别采用3D打印托盘(利用数字化3D口内扫描仪获取患者牙列的数字模型,再通过软件定位托槽位置,最后制作出来的托槽转移托盘)和双层压模托盘(通过石膏模型进行托槽定位从而制作的托槽转移托盘)进行托槽粘接,比较托槽在近远中向、[牙合]龈向和颊舌向的转移误差及托槽即刻脱落率。结果3D打印组在近远中向、[牙合]龈向、颊舌向的平均转移误差均小于双层压模组(P均<0.05)。托槽即刻脱落率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3D打印组的近中占比、[牙合]向占比和舌向占比均高于双层压模组(P均<0.05)。双层压模组的近远中向严重误差占比高于3D打印组(P<0.05)。3D打印组的颊舌向严重误差占比高于双层压模组(P<0.05)。两组在[牙合]龈向的严重误差比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论3D打印托盘比双层压模托盘在托槽间接粘接转移方面具有更高的精确性。Objective To compare the precision of bracket transfer in indirect bonding using 3D-printed trays versus double-layer vacuum-formed trays.Methods Fifteen patients with malocclusion deformity were selected,with a total of 311 brackets adhered.3D-printed trays were used respectively(digital 3D intraoral scanners were used to obtain the digital model of the patients’dental arches,and then the positions of the brackets were located through software).The final fabricated bracket transfer tray and the double-layer pressed mold tray(the bracket transfer tray made by positioning the brackets through the plaster model)were used for bracket bonding.The transfer errors of the brackets in the proximal and distal directions,the occlusal gingival direction and the buccal and lingual directions,as well as the immediate bracket detachment rate were compared.Results 3D-printed trays had an average transfer error less than that of double-layer compression molded trays in three-dimensional direction.The 3D-printed trays were more precise in the mesiodistal direction and less precise in the buccolingual direction,while there was no difference in precision between the two types of trays in the occlusogingival direction.There was no significant difference in the immediate debonding rate between the two groups of trays.The 3D-printed trays had higher precision than the double-layer compression molded trays.The average transfer errors in the mesiodistal,occlusogingival,and buccolingual directions of the 3D printed group were all less than those of the double-layer compression molded group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the immediate debonding rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The mesial,occlusal,and lingual proportions of the 3D-printed group were higher than those of the double-layer compression molded group(P<0.05).The double-layer compression molded group had a higher proportion of severe errors in the mesiodistal direction than the 3D-printed group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).T
