摘　　要：近年来健康建成环境质量备受关注,照明在医疗环境中扮演着重要的角色。目前多数设计规范在照明方面主要关注医护效率和建筑能耗,而未全面考虑用户的舒适和满意度。以三级甲等医院住院病房为例,通过现状调研和实验研究,探索光环境设计(灯光位置、照度和色温)对病患的影响,旨在提供既能满足视觉需求又能提升病人舒适度的光环境参数,为我国医院的健康光照环境提供理论依据和数据支持,并为全球医疗环境改善提供参考。In recent years,the quality of healthy built environments has attracted much attention,and lighting plays an important role in medical environments.Most current design codes focus on healthcare efficiency and building energy consumption in terms of lighting,rather than fully considering the comfort and satisfaction of users.Taking the inpatient ward of a tertiary hospital as an example,this paper explores the impact of light environment design(light position,illuminance and color temperature)on patients through current situation investigation and experimental research,aiming to provide light environment parameters that can not only meet the visual needs but also improve the comfort of patients,provide theoretical basis and data support for the healthy light environment of Chinese hospitals,and provide reference for the improvement of global medical environment.
