摘　　要：针对房建工程项目施工过程中,由于决策失误、管理混乱、成本超支等现象引起施工周期中断的问题,提出一种基于启发式贝叶斯方法优化房建项目过程管理。对影响施工进度的因素进行线性建模,利用贝叶斯网络评判施工周期中断概率,应用仿生学特征模拟施工管理的效率及精确度,通过基于概率模型的启发式搜索算法,寻找全局最优解,从而优化施工流程,改善决策的合理性。In order to solve the problem of interruption of the construction cycle due to decision-making errors,management confusion and cost overruns in the construction process of housing construction projects,a heuristic Bayesian method was proposed to optimize the process management of housing construction projects.The factors affecting the construction progress are linearly modeled,the Bayesian network is used to evaluate the probability of construction period interruption,the bionic characteristics are used to simulate the efficiency and accuracy of construction management,and the heuristic search algorithm based on probability model is used to find the global optimal solution,so as to optimize the construction process and improve the rationality of decision-making.
