摘　　要：建筑工程作为我国经济发展的重要产业之一,对经济发展起到至关重要的作用。随着建筑行业的多元化发展,全面提高建筑施工的质量、安全及成本控制,能在经济建设中发挥重要作用,而成本控制管理对整个工程的效益、效果起决定作用。由此,下文主要围绕施工企业工程成本管理过程及实施方法进行研究和分析,以供参考。As one of the important industries of China's economic development,construction engineering plays a vital role in economic development.With the diversified development of the construction industry,comprehensively improving the quality,safety and cost control of construction can play an important role in economic construction,and cost control management plays an ultimate decisive role in the efficiency and effect of the entire project.Therefore,the following mainly focuses on the research and analysis of the project cost management process and implementation methods of construction enterprises for reference.
