摘 要:悬浮架作为磁浮列车核心部件之一,其可靠性对列车运行的安全与稳定起着决定性作用。因此,提出一种中低速悬浮架的结构形式,综合考虑结构特性和承载特点,分析其载荷边界条件,确定载荷工况。运用Hypermesh 13.0软件建立悬浮架有限元模型,通过APDL语言进行有限元计算。依据DVS 1608标准对焊缝进行疲劳评估,并参考UIC 615-4-2003标准制定悬浮架疲劳试验大纲并开展强度试验。结果表明:在静强度校核中,该悬浮架最大应力位于牵引座附近,其数值低于材料的屈服极限;在疲劳强度校核中,该悬浮架所有应力绝对值均处于“Moore-Kommers-Jasper-diagram”曲线所界定的疲劳许用应力范围之内。强度试验后,采用探伤检测手段未发现裂纹。综上,该悬浮架仿真分析结果与试验结果满足列车运行要求,为悬浮架的工程应用提供了理论依据与实践支撑。As one of the core components of the maglev train,the reliability of the levitation frame plays a decisive role in the safety and stability of the train operation.This paper introduces the structural form of a medium and low-speed levitation frame.Considering the structural and load-bearing characteristics comprehensively,we analyze the load boundary conditions,determine the load conditions,and employ the Hypermesh 13.0 software to construct the finite-element model of the levitation frame.Finite-element computations are carried out by means of the APDL language.Based on the DVS1608 standard,fatigue evaluations are conducted on the welds.Then we formulate the fatigue test outline of the levitation frame with reference to the UIC 615-4-2003 standard and carry out the strength test.The findings indicate that during the static strength inspection,the maximum stress point of the levitation frame lies adjacent to the traction seat,and the stress value is below the yield limit of the material.In the fatigue strength check,all the absolute stress values of the levitation frame are within the allowable fatigue stress range defined by the Moore-Kommers-Jasper-diagram curve.After the strength test,no cracks are found by means of flaw detection.Overall,the simulation analysis results and test results of the levitation frame meet the requirements of train operation,offering both theoretical and practical backing for the engineering application of the levitation frame.
