钢轨廓形及轨道参数对地铁车辆平稳性影响研究

摘  要:针对国内某地铁线路的车辆平稳性问题,采用车辆动力学仿真分析的方法,在车辆运行速度60~85 km/h范围内研究了不同的钢轨廓形、轨距和轨底坡对该地铁线路车辆平稳性的影响。研究表明:钢轨廓形对车辆横向平稳性指标的影响较大,经过钢轨打磨调整钢轨廓形后,直线的横向平稳性得到明显改善,横向平稳性指标最大改善值为0.49,平均改善值为0.36,且打磨后的横向平稳性指标低于2.75。CN60标准钢轨廓形、60N廓形和直线晃车区段钢轨廓形下的横向平稳性指标随着轨距相比于标准轨距变窄或加宽均会减小,打磨后钢轨廓形在不同轨距下对应的车辆横向平稳性指标均低于钢轨打磨前,平均降低值为0.25。相比于标准轨底坡(1/40),增大轨底坡有利于改善车辆横向平稳性,打磨后钢轨廓形在不同轨底坡下对应的车辆横向平稳性指标整体低于钢轨打磨前,平均降低值为0.12。Aiming at the issues mentioned above,this paper adopts the method of vehicle dynamics simulation and analysis to study the influence of different rail profiles,gauge and rail bottom slope on the ride stability of a metro vehicle at the speed of 60~85 km/h.The research shows that the rail profile has a great influence on the ride stability index of the vehicle.After the rail profile is adjusted by rail grinding,the lateral stability of the straight line is significantly improved,with the maximum improvement value of 0.49 and the average improvement value of 0.36,and the lateral stability index after grinding is lower than 2.75.Compared with the standard gauge,the ride stability index of CN60 standard rail profile,60N profile and the rail profile of the linear swing section will decrease as the track profile narrows or widens.The ride stability index corresponding to the rail profile after grinding under different track profiles is lower than that before grinding,with an average reduction value of 0.25.Compared with the standard rail bottom slope(1/40),increasing the rail bottom slope is conducive to improving the lateral stability of the vehicle.The transverse stability index corresponding to the rail profile under different rail bottom slopes after grinding is lower than that before grinding,with an average reduction of 0.12.
