摘　　要：胰岛素抵抗不仅是动脉僵硬、血管内皮功能障碍和代谢综合征进展的重要因素,而且是卒中发病和转归的预测因素。甘油三酯葡萄糖指数是胰岛素抵抗的简单评价指标,且具有成本效益和可重复性。文章对甘油三酯葡萄糖指数在缺血性卒中领域的应用进展进行了综述。Insulin resistance is not only an important factor in arterial stiffness,endothelial dysfunction,and the progression of metabolic syndrome,but also a predictor of stroke onset and outcome.The triglyceride-glucose index is a simple evaluation index for insulin resistance,and it is cost-effective and reproducible.This article reviews the application progress of triglyceride-glucose index in the field of ischemic stroke.
