摘 要:为探索适合中国国情的应用型创新人才自主培养之路,分析了创新人才的内涵与分类,提炼国内高校创新人才培养的经验,总结河南城建学院智能建造专业的应用型创新人才培养实践经验,包括架构产学研育人多元平台,打造工程教育共同体;深化产教融合,确定人才培养原则与培养目标;架构课程体系,打造多学科交叉的模块化课程;紧抓课程体系建设与实施,建立校、院和系三级教学质量监控评价反馈机制。In order to explore the path of independent cultivation of application-oriented innovative talents suitable for China′s national conditions,the connotation and classification of innovative talents are analyzed,the experience of training innovative talents in domestic universities is refined,and the practical experience of training application-oriented innovative talents in intelligent construction major of Henan University of Urban Construction is summarized.Key initiatives include establishing a multi-dimensional education platform integrating industry,academia,and research collaboration to forge an engineering education community,deepening the integration of industry and education to define talent cultivation principles and objectives,constructing the curriculum system to develop interdisciplinary modular courses,focusing on curriculum system construction and implementation to establish a three-tier teaching quality monitoring,evaluation,and feedback mechanism at the university,college,and department levels.
