摘  要:高速动车组列车具有很多高度集成的电子产品系统,为确保列车运行时乘客和车辆的安全性,实时对轨道车辆司机室、电气柜、空调柜、客室、PIS柜、卫生间、厨房等探测点的防火监测是十分必要的,文章介绍了高速动车组列车基于双波长点型烟雾探测器的设计原理、标定方法以及高铁应用实例分析,提出了基于双波长多参数的新型感烟探测器设计原理,实现了对烟雾的准确检测,提升了感烟精度,降低了烟雾火警误报率,同时满足了高速动车组的电子产品设计要求。双波长烟雾探测器采集双波长的散射光信号,通过波长不同的2个入射光分别检测烟雾或气溶胶的体积浓度和表面积浓度,经由软件算法计算出实时的烟雾气溶胶的体积浓度、表面积浓度、索特平均粒径,结合烟雾探测器的标定系数判定火警。High-speed EMU trains have many highly integrated electronic product systems.In order to ensure the safety of passengers and vehicles during train operation,it is necessary to monitor the fire prevention of detection points such as cab,electrical cabinet,air conditioning cabinet,passenger compartment,PIS cabinet,toilet and kitchen in real time.This paper introduces the design principle,calibration method and application case analysis of high-speed railway based on dual-wavelength point pyrotechnic detector for high-speed EMU trains,and puts forward the design principle of new pyrotechnic detectors based on dual-wavelength multi-parameters to realize the accurate detection of smoke,improve the smoke sensing precision,reduce the false alarm rate of pyrotechnic alarms,and meet the design requirements of electronic products for high-speed EMUs.The dual-wavelength pyrotechnic detector collects dual-wavelength scattered light signals.The volume concentration and surface area concentration of smoke or aerosol are detected by two incident lights with different wavelengths,the soft algorithm calculates the volume concentration,surface area concentration and average particle size of the real-time smoke aerosol,and determines the occurrence of fire alarm by combining the calibration coefficient of the pyrotechnic detector.
