摘  要:根据某出口铁路客车顶层技术指标要求,研制了符合AAR标准的基于网络双向通信和微机管理技术的电控空气制动为主、空气制动备用的铁路客车缆接ECP制动系统,主要由电子制动控制装置、空气控制阀、列车网络、列尾装置等组成,通过纵贯全列车的制动电缆实现能量传输、制动指令传递、状态监测和故障报警。重点阐述了该制动系统的组成、制动及供风控制技术的原理,介绍了常用制动、紧急制动、手制动、防滑控制和脱轨检测等制动系统功能;然后,对常用全制动率、手制动率和基础制动热负荷能力进行了仿真计算;最后,制动系统通过了单车例行试验、单车型式试验和列车编组试验等验证;仿真计算和试验结果表明其出口铁路客车的制动性能完全满足项目顶层技术指标要求。According to the technical requirements of a certain export railway passenger cars,a cable-connected ECP braking system for railway passenger cars based on network two-way communication and microcomputer management technology has been developed in accordance with the AAR Standards.It is mainly composed of electronic brake control device,air control valve,train network,and train tail device.Energy transmission,braking command transmission,state surveillance,and fault alarm are all realized through brake cables running through the whole train.The composition of the braking system,the principle of braking,and air supply control technology are explained in detail,and the functions of service braking,emergency braking,hand braking,anti-skid control,and derailment detection are introduced.Then,the service braking rate of the whole vehicle,hand braking rate and basic braking thermal load capacity are simulated and calculated.Finally,the braking system has been submitted to single vehicle routine test,single vehicle type test and train formation test.The simulation and test results indicate that the braking performance of export railway passenger cars fully meets the technical requirements of the project.
