摘  要:针对既有通用敞车装运集装箱偏载偏重、装载集装箱效率低的现状,进行了深入分析,寻找关键技术切入点,研究了在敞车固有结构中永久性增设4套导向限位装置的通用敞车装运集装箱免加固技术。该技术利用导向限位装置的上部倾斜面对集装箱落箱过程进行导向,提升敞车装载集装箱效率;利用导向限位装置下部的垂直端面对装箱后的集装箱进行限位,解决通用敞车固有结构引起的集装箱偏载偏重问题。对运用集装箱免加固技术的敞车进行了集装箱落箱试验,通过模拟2大类6种工况的集装箱落箱导向和限位情况,验证了该技术的可行性和可靠性,并根据试验结果提出了技术完善措施。该技术能够安全、高效、低成本地实现通用敞车装运集装免加固,降低运营成本,提高通用敞车装载集装箱效率。To address the problems of uneven load,uneven weight and the low loading efficiency of the existing general-purpose gondola shipping containers,an in-depth analysis of the current situation has been conducted to locate the key technical starting point.The reinforcement-free technology for general-purpose gondolas to ship containers by permanently adding four sets of guide limit devices to the inherent structure of gondolas is studied.The upper inclination of the guide limit device is used to guide the container dropping process,improving the efficiency of loading containers by gondola.The vertical end of the lower part of the guide limit device is used to limit the container after packing,solving the issue of uneven load and uneven weight due to the inherent structure of the general gondola.The container dropping test is carried out,and the feasibility and reliability of this technology are verified by simulating the guidance and limit of container dropping in two categories and under six working conditions.Technical improvement measures are put forward according to the test results.This technology enables the safe and efficient implementation of container loading by general-purpose gondolas without reinforcement at a low cost,thereby reducing operating expenses and enhancing the container loading efficiency of general-purpose gondolas.
