摘　　要：植物工厂立体空间环境对作物长势有直接影响,获取立体空间内的环境参数有助于提高植物工厂作物种植效益,而传统定点布置传感器的检测方式存在着检测过程不灵活、检测结果准确性低、成本高等问题。为此,提出了一种活动环境参数检测装置,由检测传感器和收放机构组成,穿梭车搭载活动检测装置可实现检测任一作物位置点的环境参数。以悬带厚度、承载盘质量、收放速度为影响因素,承载盘摆动次数和稳定时间为稳定性评价指标进行试验。结果表明:影响收放装置稳定性的主次因素顺序为悬带厚度、收放速度、承载盘质量;当悬带厚度为2 mm、收放速度为300 mm/s、承载盘质量为500 g时,承载盘摆动次数为1次,稳定时间为2.9 s,收放机构稳定性最佳。The three-dimensional space environment of the Plant factory has a direct impact on the growth of crops,so obtaining environmental parameters in the three-dimensional space will help improve the crop planting efficiency of the Plant factory.However,the detection method of traditional fixed-point sensor layout has problems such as inflexible detection process,low accuracy of detection results,and high cost.In response,proposed an activity environment parameter detection device,which was composed of a detection sensor and a retraction mechanism.The shuttle vehicle equipped with this activity detection device can detect the environmental parameters of any crop position point.Took the thickness of the suspension,the weight of the bearing plate,and the retraction and release speed as the influencing factors,and the number of swinging times and stability time of the bearing plate as the stability evaluation indicators for testing.The experimental results indicated that the order of primary and secondary factors affecting the stability of the retraction and release device was the thickness of the suspension,retraction and release speed,and the weight of the bearing plate;When the suspension thickness was 2 mm,the retraction speed was 300 mm/s,and the weight of the bearing plate was 500 g,the number of swinging times of the bearing plate was 1,and the stability time was 2.9 s,the retraction mechanism had the best stability.
