摘  要:目的:对云南大理、红河、曲靖、丽江、怒江5个地区采购的金银花样品中5种重金属及有害元素进行分析测定,研究其地域差异,分析污染的原因。方法:样品经微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定铅、砷、铬、镉、铜的含量,分析测定结果。结果:曲靖地区金银花样品中铅含量较高,红河地区金银花样品中砷含量较高,所有金银花样品中5种重金属及有害元素含量均符合2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》限量标准要求。结论:5个地区金银花样品中5种重金属及有害元素含量存在明显差异。未来研究可进一步扩大样本量范围,并系统开展针对云南金银花中活性成分及重金属形态的研究分析,为云南药食同源作物生态风险防控与产地环境监管提供科学依据。Objective:To analyze and determine the levels of five heavy metals and hazardous elements(lead,arsenic,chromium,cadmium,and copper)in honeysuckle samples collected from Dali,Honghe,Qujing,Lijiang,and Nujiang in Yunnan province,investigate regional differences,and identify pollution causes.Method:After microwave digestion,the contents of lead(Pb),arsenic(As),chromium(Cr),cadmium(Cd),and copper(Cu)were quantified using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and the results were statistically analyzed.Result:Elevated lead levels were observed in honeysuckle samples from Qujing,while arsenic concentrations were higher in samples from Honghe.All tested samples complied with the heavy metal and hazardous element limit standards specified in the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2020 edition).Conclusion:Significant regional variations in heavy metal and hazardous element content were identified among the five regions.Future studies should expand the sample size and systematically investigate the active components and speciation of heavy metals in Yunnan honeysuckle,providing a scientific basis for ecological risk prevention and origin environment regulation of medicinal and edible homologous crops in Yunnan.
