摘 要:本文采用气相色谱结合紧密内插法,建立了一种简单、快速且准确的马拉硫磷含量测定方法,适用于不同种类蔬菜。结果表明,该方法测定的4种蔬菜中马拉硫磷含量均小于国家标准规定的最大允许限量,相对标准偏差小于2%,表明该方法具有良好的精密度。马拉硫磷在4种蔬菜基质中的检出限为5.90×10^(-6)~8.41×10^(-6) mg·kg^(-1),定量限为1.97×10^(-5)~2.81×10^(-5) mg·kg^(-1),加标回收率为80.0%~117.5%,进一步验证了该方法的可靠性。将本方法与标准曲线法进行对比,两者测定结果差异不大,说明该方法具备较高的实用性和准确性。This article uses gas chromatography combined with tight interpolation to establish a simple,rapid,and accurate method for determining the content of malathion,which is applicable to different types of vegetables.The results showed that the content of malathion in the four vegetables determined by this method was less than the maximum allowable limit specified by the national standard,with a relative standard deviation of less than 2%,indicating that the method has good precision.The detection limit of malathion in four vegetable matrices is 5.90×10^(-6)~8.41×10^(-6) mg·kg^(-1),the quantification limit is 1.97×10^(-5)~2.81×10^(-5) mg·kg^(-1),and the spiked recovery rate is 80.0%~117.5%,further verifying the reliability of this method.Comparing this method with the standard curve method,the difference in measurement results between the two is not significant,indicating that this method has high practicality and accuracy.
