摘 要:本文分析了石墨炉、火焰和冷原子吸收法等不同类型的原子吸收光谱法在食品重金属检测中的实际应用。分析认为,样品前处理、仪器设备性能、技术选择、操作人员能力以及检测环境等因素均对检测结果的准确性产生重要影响。鉴于此,建议加强样品前处理、定期维护仪器设备、根据检测需求合理选择技术、提升操作人员专业能力,并严格控制检测环境,以提高原子吸收光谱法在食品重金属检测中的应用准确性。This study analyzes the practical applications of different types of atomic absorption spectroscopy methods,including graphite furnace,flame,and cold atomic absorption,in the detection of heavy metals in food.The analysis suggests that factors such as sample pretreatment,instrument performance,technique selection,operator skill,and detection environment all significantly influence the accuracy of the results.Based on these findings,the study recommends enhancing sample pretreatment,regularly maintaining instruments,selecting the appropriate technique according to detection needs,improving operator expertise,and strictly controlling the detection environment to improve the accuracy of atomic absorption spectroscopy in food heavy metal detection.
