生成式人工智能视域下护理专业发展的SWOT分析及应对策略

摘　　要：针对“生成式人工智能对护理专业(包括护理教育、临床护理实践、护理研究等)发展的影响”进行SWOT分析,得出将生成式人工智能应用于护理专业的优势包括研究高效性、个性化学习、协助护理程序推进;劣势包括道德与法律问题、技术依赖、培训成本、局限性;机会包括扩大教育范围、创新教学方法、提升护理质量、改善精神科护理工作、简化护理工作、打破技术壁垒;威胁包括技术风险、竞争压力、职业发展挑战、教育不公平。基于此,提出生成式人工智能视域下护理专业的4个应对策略:通过学习法律法规或参与法规和政策制定,把握机会、化解威胁,持续关注技术发展更新,加强与政校企合作等方式,以更好地利用人工智能,推动护理专业发展。Conduct a SWOT analysis on the"impact of generative artificial intelligence on the development of nursing(including nursing education,clinical nursing practice,nursing research,etc.)",and conclude that the strengths of applying generative artificia intelligence to nursing include research efficiency,personalized learning,and assistance in promoting nursing procedures;weaknesses include ethical and legal issues,technological dependence,training costs,and limitations;opportunities include expanding the scope of education,innovating teaching methods,improving nursing quality,enhancing psychiatric nursing work,simplifying nursing work,and breaking down technical barriers;threats include technological risks,competitive pressure,career development challenges,and educational inequality.Based on these,four response strategies for the nursing profession from the perspective of generative artificial intelligence are proposed:by learning laws and regulations or participating in the formulation of regulations and policies,seizing opportunities and resolving threats,continuously paying attention to technological development and updates,strengthening cooperation with government,schools and enterprises.So as to better utilize artificial intelligence and promote the development of the nursing.
