摘 要:“岗课赛创”动态协同综合育人模式是以创新型人才培养为目标,通过岗位需求、课程设置、技能竞赛和创新创业实践的有机结合,政府、学校、企业等多方主体紧密联动,构建一个全方位、多层次、动态协同的人才培养体系。基于“岗课赛创”动态协同的视角,主要针对高职院校创新型人才培养体系的构建策略和“岗课赛创”动态协同的实施路径进行了深入探究,不仅为高职教育人才培养模式的创新提供了新思路,也为提升高职院校人才培养质量和大学生就业创业能力提供了实践指导和理论依据。The dynamic collaborative comprehensive education model of"Post-Course-Competition-Innovation"aims to cultivate innovative personnel.Through the organic combination of post requirements,course set,skill competitions,and innovation and entrepreneurship practices,the government,schools,enterprises,and other stake-holders closely collaborate to build a comprehensive,multi-level,and dynamic collaborative personnel cultivation system.Based on the perspective of dynamic collaboration of"Post-Course-Competition-innovation",this paper mainly explores the construction strategy of innovative personnel training system in higher vocational colleges and the implementation path of dynamic collaboration of"Post-Course-Competition-Innovation".It not only provides new ideas for the innovation of personnel training model in higher vocational education,but also provides practical guidance and theoretical basis for improving the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges and the employment and entrepreneurship ability of collegians.
