摘 要:促进校本教师与临床教师思政育人能力一体化发展,对于实现医学教育质量的全面提升至关重要。创新探索新医科教育背景下促进教师能力的整合发展路径,以弥补临床教师在思政育人能力方面的不足,深化临床教学与思政教育的融合,以解决临床教师在教学过程中重知识、轻素养的问题,同时突破专业发展瓶颈,应对教育数字化挑战,并强化校院协同育人。研究成果旨在为提升课程思政工作质量与效率提供理论支持与实践指导,以期推动教师专业发展与学生全面成长。Promoting the integrated development of Ideological&Political education abilities between school-employed teachers and clinical teachers is crucial for achieving comprehensive improvement in the quality of medical education.Innovatively exploring the integrated development path of teachers'abilities under the background of new medicine education,so as to make up for the shortcomings of clinical teachers in Ideological&Political education abilities,deepen the integration of clinical teaching and Ideological&Political education,solve the problem of clinical teachers'emphasis on knowledge and neglect of literacy in the teaching process,break through the bottleneck of professional development,cope with the digital challenges of education,and strengthen the collaborative education between schools and colleges.The research results aim to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the quality and efficiency of Ideological&Political education work to promote teachers'professional development and students'comprehensive growth.
